What does the free design concept include?

We put together a tailored homepage layout and visual direction for your website — colour palette, typography and page structure — based on your business type and industry. There's no cost and no obligation to build anything. Most clients are surprised at how specific we get from just a business name.

What do I need to share to get started?

Just your business name. Once we reach out on WhatsApp, we'll ask a few questions about what you do, who your customers are and any design inspiration you like. You don't need a logo or content ready — we help with that too.

How much does a website cost?

We don't publish prices online because every project is different — a 3-page clinic website costs differently from a 50-product online store. We discuss pricing on WhatsApp or a call after showing you a free design concept. There are no hidden fees and the price is agreed before any work starts.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites take 2–4 weeks from agreement to preview. Simple 3-page websites can be ready faster. Online stores with large catalogues take a little longer. We agree on a realistic timeline before we start, and we stick to it.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. We work with businesses across India and the UAE. All communication happens on WhatsApp or a video call, so your location doesn't matter. We've worked with clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across India.

Why do I need a website if I already have Instagram?

Instagram is great for discovery, but it doesn't rank on Google, you can't collect leads without paying Meta, and you don't own your audience. When Meta changes its algorithm — or your account gets flagged — you lose everything. A website is your permanent address on the internet that customers find when they search, and you own it completely.

How long does it take for my website to appear on Google?

Most new websites start appearing in Google search results within 2–4 weeks. Ranking for competitive keywords takes longer — typically 3–6 months of consistent effort. We set up your site with solid SEO foundations from day one so the clock starts as soon as you go live.

Do you write the content for my website?

We can write the copy for your website as an add-on. Many clients prefer to write their own content — we give you a simple brief template to make it easy. For SEO-optimised content, our writing add-on is recommended.

What happens after my website goes live?

If you're on a care plan, we handle ongoing updates, security patches, speed monitoring and backups. If you're not on a care plan, your website is yours — we hand it over with full access and logins. We're always available on WhatsApp if you have questions down the line.

Can I update my website myself after it's built?

Yes. We build websites on platforms that are easy to update yourself — you can change text, images and prices without any technical knowledge. Or we can make updates for you under a monthly care plan. Either way, you're never locked out of your own website.
